How this works: click any event to open its working sheet. Everything is driven by the
EVENTS list near the bottom of this file's <script> section — to add a person, concept, change, or suggestion, copy one line inside that event's arrays and edit it. To add a whole new event, copy one full event block. Nothing else in the file needs touching. When you want changes reflected on the live website, send this file back to Claude.
